Reporting improvements for operational continuity Gloria Bakery S.A., a company belonging to Grupo Gloria, which produces and markets panetones to domestic and international markets, is seeking top talent to fill the Bakery Operator position, to be based at our Huachipa plant during our 2026 campaign period. Mission: Perform assigned operational tasks within the area according to established procedures or instructions from the immediate supervisor, aligned with the assigned process stage, to maintain production continuity while meeting company standards. Main Responsibilities: Receive, replenish, and dispatch raw materials for production and ensure continuous fermentation, achieving a product with good elasticity and homogeneity. Weigh raw materials and dough to guarantee the exact quantities specified in the product recipe, verifying that raw materials are correct and in suitable condition for manufacturing. Conduct physical inventory of products at the start and end of each shift to identify any variation in stock levels of raw materials and finished goods. Report unsafe conditions and/or process improvements to prevent accidents and incidents and sustain continuous operational improvement. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Knowledge of baking (desirable). Minimum 6 months’ work experience as a Bakery Operator or Production Operator in industrial companies. Availability to work at the Huachipa plant on rotating 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week (Shift 1: 7:00–15:00 / Shift 2: 15:00–23:00 / Shift 3: 23:00–7:00 a.m.). Immediate availability.
