Job Summary: ALIMENCORP SAC is seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT to plan, manage, and coordinate maintenance activities, continuous improvement projects, and departmental documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages short- and medium-term maintenance plans. 2. Coordinates with maintenance and production supervisors. 3. Proposes continuous improvement initiatives for the plant. ALIMENCORP SAC, a leading company in the Industrial-Food sector with over 10 years of experience, is currently seeking a professional for the position of MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT at our facility located in Chilca. · Requirements: - Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Mechanical Technician, and/or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - Maintenance Management, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Inventor - Intermediate-level Office software proficiency - Willingness to reside in Chilca · Responsibilities: - Develop short- and medium-term maintenance plans. - Manage work orders for internal staff and third-party contractors. - Prepare incident reports. - Prepare maintenance department performance reports (KPIs). - Manage continuous improvement projects. - Manage maintenance documentation. - Coordinate maintenance planning with maintenance and production supervisors. - Manage the maintenance backlog. - Comply with all provisions stipulated in BPM, ISO, and HACCP standards. - Manage procurement and service requirements for the department. - Propose plant improvements. - Support general departmental administrative tasks. - Monitor critical and high-turnover spare parts. - Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. · BENEFITS · Bi-weekly and timely payments 100% meal coverage during working hours Pleasant work environment Market-competitive remuneration Work Location: Chilca. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical degree 1 year of experience Age: 21 years or older Knowledge: Teamwork, Maintenance Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, maintenance, conservation, conservation, maintenance
