Job Summary: ALIMENCORP SAC is seeking a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT to plan, manage, and coordinate maintenance activities, continuous improvement projects, and departmental documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages short- and medium-term maintenance plans. 2. Coordinates with maintenance and production supervisors. 3. Proposes continuous improvement initiatives for the plant.
