Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to supervise microbiological control programs, ensure compliance with GMP, and manage documentation at a food production plant. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking individuals who wish to join this great family as a QUALITY ASSISTANT at one of our plants in CHILCA. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Bachelor's degree or graduate in Biology or Microbiology. - Minimum of 6 months of experience in the food industry. - Availability to work full-time and on rotating shifts. - Availability to work in Chilca-Cañete-Lima. - Availability to work in cold environments. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Execute the microbiological control program for: surfaces, air, personnel, raw materials, water, inputs, and packaging (Mandatory) Supervise GMP compliance throughout the production process, including receipt of raw materials, inputs, and packaging Monitor preventive measures implemented to resolve reported incidents Supervise and approve the hygienic-sanitary conditions of equipment and facilities involved in the production process Disseminate and implement the annual training program for operational staff Manage documentation, including GMP records, POES, traceability, and HACCP Supervise compliance with pest control and sanitation programs Other duties as assigned by management WHAT BENEFITS WILL YOU RECEIVE? - Formal employment registration - Statutory benefits - Bonuses (July and December), CTS, vacation leave, family allowance, and paid overtime SALARY: S/1400 + Food Bonus S/150 + Mobility Bonus (based on residence location) S/400. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, quality, qa
