We are currently seeking a Mass Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our Human Resources team. If you are passionate about talent selection and capable of managing high-volume recruitment processes, we want to meet you! Main Responsibilities: Participate in the planning and execution of mass selection processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining the quality of selected candidates. (Drivers and Delivery Assistants) \- Publish and promote job vacancies across various recruitment channels. \- Conduct resume screening and pre-selection. \- Coordinate mass interviews and selection tests with candidates. \- Support the preparation of reports and analysis of selection processes. \- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and employees. Requirements: \- Psychology or Business Administration graduate or degree holder. \- Prior experience in mass recruitment and selection. \- Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies and techniques. \- Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Capacity to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. \- High level of organization and attention to detail. \- Results-oriented and proactive. \- Analytical ability to evaluate professional profiles.
