




At Creapack, we are looking for an HR assistant who meets the following requirements: **OBJECTIVE:** Manage and develop the organization's human talent competencies in a timely and efficient manner through a qualified and motivated profile, maintaining a favorable work environment. Education Specialty: Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields Degree: Technical or university student currently enrolled. **Training** Basic knowledge of labor legislation and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) - Desirable. Knowledge in payroll processing and subsidy recovery - Desirable. Knowledge of interpreting ISO 9001:2015 standards. **Experience** Minimum work experience of 2 years. Minimum of 6 months of experience in the position. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan, develop, and execute training plans and programs through induction, re-induction, and training procedures. Plan, develop, and execute labor climate and motivation management plans and programs. Assist in document management for SS (Social Security). Support all recruitment and selection activities, as well as personnel administration tasks (payroll processing and terminations). Manage medical leave approvals and subsidy recoveries. Manage OHS documentation in employee personnel files. Support training programs and activities for labor climate management. Support performance evaluation programs. Manage and renew SCTR insurance, life insurance, EPS. Manage and regularly distribute resources (technological equipment, supplies, PPE, uniforms, etc.) to employees. Comply with the company's Safety and Occupational Health regulations according to current legal standards. Carry out internal communications within the organization. Statutory benefits, 100% on-site work at our Cieneguilla plant. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Transportation provided to the plant.
