We are looking for a committed, organized, enthusiastic individual with a service-oriented mindset and focused on achieving goals and developing skills. Requirements: 1. Technical or undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3. Experience in logistics in similar positions. 4. Knowledge of procurement and logistics management. 5. Experience as a logistics assistant in pharmaceutical companies will be valued. Responsibilities: 1. Issue purchase orders and track purchased products/services. 2. Coordinate transportation and movement of goods. 3. Identify and contact potential suppliers. 4. Identify and contact potential customers. 5. Receive, coordinate, dispatch, and maintain records of documentation received from and sent to clients. 6. Ensure efficient supply of inputs and materials. 7. Continuously analyze market prices of inputs and/or materials to ensure accurate costing for each quotation. 8. Conduct prospecting, sourcing, and negotiation with strategic suppliers. 9. Analyze material and/or input prices to achieve optimal quality-price value. 10.
