




Job Summary: Responsible for recording and managing material movements, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining warehouse documentation control. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for organized professionals with strong attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record material receipts, issuances, and transfers in the ERP system, ensuring accurate stock updates. * Issue and manage waybills and related documentation for warehouse movements. * Verify consistency between physical goods and system records. * Support periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliations. * Maintain documentary control of purchase orders, material issue vouchers, and other departmental supporting documents. * Coordinate with user departments for timely material delivery, ensuring traceability for each movement. * Keep the assigned warehouse’s physical and digital archives up to date. * Report stock incidents, discrepancies, or shortages to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical student or graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum **2 years of warehouse experience**, supporting a single operation or department (mandatory). * Knowledge of **inventory control and waybill issuance**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems** and **intermediate-level Excel**. * Organized, responsible individual with strong attention to detail. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility and organization. * Effective communication. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Detail orientation and adherence to procedures. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work mode: On-site. **AVAILABILITY to work in the CHORRILLOS district** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
