Job Summary: A professional with experience in infrastructure and recreational area maintenance, responsible for ensuring optimal facility operation. Key Highlights: 1. Operational support for events and institutional activities **Education:** · Completed secondary education · Experience in general maintenance of infrastructure and recreational areas · Knowledge in pool maintenance, electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting · Minimum 02 years of experience in this position. **Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of pools, pumps, filters, and electrical panels to ensure their proper operation. · Carry out electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and painting work to maintain the Recreational Center’s infrastructure in optimal condition. · Promptly address preventive and corrective maintenance requests arising at the site. · Support supervision of maintenance work performed by third parties, verifying correct execution. · Assist in the installation, relocation, and setup of equipment and materials required for Recreational Center activities. · Provide operational support during events and institutional activities. · Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **Competencies:** \- Teamwork \- Results orientation \- Service vocation \- Organizational commitment \- Innovation \- Effective communication \- Decision making \- Motivation \- Responsibility **Motivational factors associated with performance:** · Pleasant work environment · Continuous training · Health insurance (EPS) starting from the fourth month · Food allowances starting from the fourth month · Payroll inclusion from the first day · Access to our services: health, recreation, culture, loans, among others.
