Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources intern to support recruitment, internal communication, employee well-being, and personnel management at a leading dairy company. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent dairy company seeks to fulfill its human resources staffing needs. Human Resources Intern. Requirements: \- Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering student. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Training in psychological assessments. \- Knowledge of competency-based interviews. \- Application and interpretation of psychological assessments. \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (validates knowledge). \- Availability to work in Chorrillos (Monday to Friday). \- Valid Sanitary ID card. Competencies: Responsibility, organization, initiative, teamwork. Responsibilities: * Conduct job profile development. * Post job advertisements. * Build and maintain a candidate database. * Screen candidates and schedule interviews upon coordination with the hiring manager. * Prepare employment references for applicants. * Monitor onboarding compliance for new employees. * Assist in reporting management indicators. * Deliver memoranda as requested by department heads. * Support data entry into T\-Registro. * Maintain personnel files from the time of hire. * Design and prepare company announcements and other internal communication and climate-related materials. * Provide support for all internal communication and well-being initiatives. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
