Position Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor of Nursing to provide care and attention to dependent elderly adults, with initiative, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive knowledge in geriatric nursing BACHELOR OF NURSING / UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN NURSING We are Geriatrics Peru, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in caring for and attending to elderly adults with intermediate or advanced dependency, as well as fragile or terminal patients. We are currently seeking a Bachelor of Nursing. Competencies: \- Care and attention for elderly adults. \- Punctuality and responsibility. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. \- Discipline and sense of responsibility. \- Knowledge of oxygen therapy, intravenous treatment, aspirations, wound dressings, mobilizations, decompensation, etc. \- Initiative and proactive, dynamic attitude. REQUIREMENTS: \- Immediate availability \- Availability to work the morning shift from 8 AM to 8 PM (2-hour break), Monday through Sunday, in Surco (2 shifts worked, 2 days off) \- 15 shifts per month \- University degree or bachelor's title in Nursing (mandatory) BENEFITS: \- Employment contract compliant with Nursing Law. \- Enrollment in MYPE payroll from Day 1. \- Salary: 1600 soles \- Monthly payments by month-end. \- Double bonus in July and December. \- ESSALUD, AFP/ONP pension contributions.
