We specialize in the care and attention of elderly adults. **Hours: 150 hrs per month** Scheduling of 15 shifts per month on rotating schedules (morning and night shifts) **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct, high-quality care to elderly adults. * Monitor vital signs. * Assist with daily activities and medical procedures. * Record and report patients’ conditions. * Promote comprehensive care and patient well-being. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** * Hold a nationally issued nursing degree or a Certificate of Graduation. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday). * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Commitment to service. * Initiative and proactive, dynamic attitude. **Benefits:** * Employment contract compliant with the Nursing Law. * Inclusion in the MYPE payroll, with all benefits stipulated under the Nursing Law: * CTS deposits. * Vacation time. * ESSALUD coverage. * Bonuses in July and December. * AFP/ONP pension contributions.
