Job Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support the development and implementation of occupational health programs and procedures, and to manage occupational medical examinations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for occupational health programs 2. Coordination of health and hygiene training sessions 3. Management of occupational medical examinations - Registered Nurse degree - Professional license (non-exclusive) - Nursing courses: injections, first aid, occupational health - Intermediate-level Office software proficiency - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Responsibilities: * Support in developing the occupational health program. * Support in preparing reports for pregnant employees and persons with disabilities. * Support in providing information for compiling mandatory records and documents as stipulated by current regulations (Supreme Resolution No. 050-2013-MT). * Support in coordinating at least four health and hygiene training sessions annually (topics based on identified risks). * Support in preparing occupational health statistics. * Support in developing risk management procedures. * Support in developing the annual occupational health plan. * Update the occupational medical examination registry. * Schedule occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and exit) and follow up on observation findings.
