On behalf of our client, Saint-Gobain—global leader in construction and industrial solutions—we are seeking top talent to fill the following position: **Production Operator – Villa el Salvador** **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience as a production operator. * Experience in physically demanding tasks. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on rotating shifts (3 shifts). * Knowledge of 5S standards and methodology. * Familiarity with safety regulations (EHS). **Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts (mandatory) Rotating shifts: Morning shift, Afternoon shift, and Night shift. Only 48 hours per week must be worked, as stipulated by law. Any hours exceeding this total are considered overtime. Fixed rest day: Sundays. Additionally, two extra rest days per week may be granted (upon completion of the 48-hour weekly requirement, if overtime is not chosen). **Benefits** * Salary: PEN 1,230 * Full payroll registration (100%) * 100% covered meals * Daily attendance bonus (PEN 8 per day) * Semi-annual bonus (PEN 1,300) * 100% covered EPS health insurance plan **Responsibilities** * Perform assigned tasks responsibly and in compliance with EHS regulatory provisions and Saint-Gobain Group’s principles of action and conduct. * Adhere to operational parameters — including drywall mold fabrication. * Ensure and verify proper equipment operation, respecting procedures and controls that support system quality, while identifying and reporting deviations. * Understand the operation of control devices, SCADA systems, and lockout/tagout and startup procedures for various production lines. * Conduct shift handover and acceptance activities—including returning tools and equipment in good condition—and report events that occurred during the shift. * Perform general cleaning duties on the production line and plant premises. * Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
