Job Summary: Production Operator with experience in operating and resolving basic faults in electrical machinery for a semi-automatic production line, including operation, supervision, and maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of mixing, laminating, and labeling machinery. 2. Detection and resolution of basic electrical faults. 3. Support in preventive maintenance of machinery. A company specializing in dough production is seeking a Production Operator with experience in operating and resolving basic faults in electrical machinery to join our semi-automatic production line. **Job Functions:** Line Operation: \- Operate mixing, laminating, and labeling machinery. \- Supervise the proper functioning of the semi-automatic production line. \- Perform product selection, visual quality control, and weighing on the workbench. \- Verify basic operational parameters before and during production. Technical Support – Electrical: \- Detect and resolve basic electrical faults (sensors, switches, connections, simple control panels). \- Inspect wiring, industrial plugs, and power outlets. \- Restart and calibrate equipment as necessary. \- Report major faults to the technical department. \- Support preventive maintenance of machinery. Control and Safety: \- Comply with electrical and industrial safety protocols. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \- Use personal protective equipment correctly. \- Record technical incidents during the shift. **Requirements:** \- Technical degree or incomplete studies in industrial electricity, electrotechnology, or maintenance mechanics (preferred). \- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or food-processing plants. \- Knowledge of basic electrical systems, control panels, and diagnosis of simple faults. \- Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure. \- Willingness to perform operational and technical tasks on-site. **Work Schedule:** \- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. \- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. **Compensation:** S/1,300 \+ S/200 bonus **Benefits:** \- Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one \- Insurance: Essalud, Life Insurance Law, and SCTR \- Bonus payments, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and vacation leave \- Timely salary payments Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
