Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude * **Customer Engagement & Prospecting:** Receive and guide prospective and current gym members (in person and via WhatsApp/social media). * **Membership Sales:** Present membership plans and promotions, and close enrollments. * **Customer Retention:** Follow up on renewals and inquiries, ensuring an excellent experience from day one. * **Administrative Management:** Handle customer registration and payment tracking. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or reception (preferably in the fitness or service industry) is desirable. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and social media for business communication. * Proactivity and enthusiasm for goal-oriented work. * Base salary + attractive sales commissions. * Positive, dynamic, and motivating work environment. * Free access to gym facilities.
