With over 10 years of educational experience, we take pride in offering a unique learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and the personal development of each student. **Requirements:** * Professional Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education * Minimum 2 years of teaching and student development experience in **Early Childhood Education** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and proficiency with ICT tools * Dynamic, proactive, creative, quick learner, patient, and affectionate * Knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace * Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience * Preference given to candidates residing in San Juan de Miraflores or neighboring districts **Responsibilities:** · Deliver classes to students following curriculum guidelines. · Prepare and plan effective educational lessons that promote active learning and student engagement. · Provide individualized tutoring based on students’ needs. · Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. · Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding their child’s overall performance via phone calls, emails, and/or interviews as part of the tutoring process. · Collaborate with other teaching and administrative staff to create an enriching educational environment. · Actively attend and participate in institutional research projects, meetings, and other school-promoted activities. · Develop bimonthly educational plans and ensure their implementation.
