WAREHOUSE AND PRODUCTION MANAGER

Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Production Manager to lead the operational team and ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing, warehousing, and dispatch processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the operational team in production, warehouse, and dispatch. 2. Plan production and supervise operator tasks. 3. Monitor inventory and coordinate order dispatch. We seek a Warehouse and Production Manager who will lead the operational team and guarantee the efficient operation of our manufacturing, warehousing, and dispatch processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan production based on confirmed orders or stock replenishment needs. * Assign and supervise operator tasks (cutting, welding, assembly), ensuring on-time delivery. * Monitor daily raw material and supply consumption, recording losses and production progress. * Supervise warehouse inventory receipt, organization, location, and physical control. * Verify and coordinate order dispatch, including occasional handling of urgent orders. * Ensure order, safety, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the area. * Implement and enforce the Internal Work Regulations within the team. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (warehouse or production management), preferably in metal-mechanical, construction, or industrial sectors. * Experience leading operational teams of at least 3 people. * Availability, occasionally, to extend working hours for urgent orders or container arrivals (a rare situation, always compensated financially). **Competencies** * Leadership and team organizational skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills across departments (production, logistics, administration). **Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Remuneration: S/ 1900 * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
