Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure GMP compliance, verify product and raw material quality, and train staff on food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 2. Train staff on quality and food safety topics. 3. Verify the quality of products, raw materials, and packaging. A production facility dedicated to bakery and pastry is seeking: **QUALITY ASSISTANT - FOOD** REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality within food processing companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP. * Preferably residing in districts near Villa El Salvador. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with GMP. * Monitor and report daily plant incidents (production, dispatch). * Train staff on QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY topics. * Raise organizational awareness on quality-related matters. * Monitor processes and complete internal records. * Verify the quality and good condition of products, raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Identify areas for improvement and propose problem-solving measures. * Submit daily progress reports and relevant reports to the supervisor or immediate manager in a timely manner. * Ensure adherence to the production plan.
