Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator responsible for supervising staff, coordinating tasks, ensuring service quality and occupational safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages teams and ensures compliance with routines and procedures. 2. Conducts periodic inspections and coordinates logistical resources. 3. Promotes occupational safety and the proper use of PPE. On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for OPERATIONS COORDINATOR · REQUIREMENTS: TECHNICIAN WITH FULL QUALIFICATION AND DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL SPECIALTY, OR HIGHER MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLES AND KNOWLEDGE OF OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Age between 28 and 40 years. Habitual residence in the Chilca area. Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; occasional work on Sundays and holidays may be required. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure staff comply with established routines and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections at assigned sites to evaluate service quality. Coordinate and assign tasks to staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff appearance. Distribute pay slips, employment contracts, vacation slips, etc. Coordinate logistics for necessary resources supporting operational activities. Verify that each site has required materials and equipment. Supervise proper usage and request replacements when necessary. Maintain constant communication with facility supervisors. Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with health and occupational safety protocols (SSMA). Prepare inspection and staff performance reports.
