Supervision and monitoring of swimmer levels for pending classes Job Description: **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and bid farewell to customers courteously, providing assistance at all times. * Guide and accompany customers to familiarize them with the facilities. * Manage customer needs. * Supervise and monitor swimmers’ levels in the system to ensure accurate tracking and up-to-date status of their respective pending classes. * Maintain differentiated treatment toward customers to foster a personalized service environment. * Keep customer registration data updated by conducting periodic queries. **PROFILE:** \- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or university program in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS, or ADMINISTRATION. \- Proficiency in Excel and Word. \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar customer-facing roles. \- Dynamic, approachable, charismatic, and friendly individual. \- Responsible, proactive, and punctual individual. **Fixed Schedule:** AFTERNOON SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays. \> Enrollment in payroll from day one. \> Fixed salary \+ punctuality and attendance bonus. \> All benefits applicable to small enterprises. \> Corporate benefits. \> EPS affiliation (50% employer contribution).
