Interaction with analysts, inspectors and preparation of reports. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in digital tools. * Basic knowledge of regulatory standards and technical processes (ISO, SANIPES, INACAL). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 am. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide operational and logistical support ensuring material procurement and coordination with Lima. * Assist in planning and controlling monthly procurement. * Maintain the Kardex system for inventory and movement tracking. * Prepare materials and maintain office order. * Contact and coordinate with analysts and inspectors; keep the field staff database up to date. * Manage material shipments and receipts, meet deadlines, and ensure supply coverage for service delivery. * Prepare reports and visual matrices for internal and external meetings.
