Ability to perform precision work and finishing A prestigious sports equipment manufacturing company is seeking production operators / workshop operators. **Job Description:** Workshop operator responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, performing manual tasks and using tools in the workshop. Will participate in manual cutting of PVC vinyl rolls, gluing with PVC adhesives, heat gun application, and product finishing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Application of adhesives and use of heat gun on vinyl rolls. * Manual use of workshop tools and electric equipment. * Cutting and handling of vinyl rolls. * Box assembly and component assembly. * Installation of EVA sheets. * General support in production processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in shoemaking, upholstery, or advertising vinyl companies involving cutting, gluing, and installation. * Proficiency in using heat guns. * Good fine motor skills and attention to detail. * Ability to perform precision work and finishing. * Punctuality, responsibility, honesty, and commitment. * Ability to work agilely and efficiently. **Working Hours:** ● Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. ● No work on Saturdays or Sundays.
