If you are passionate about order, accounting organization, and motivated to be part of the advancement of a microenterprise betting on innovation, **this opportunity is for you**. **Requirements** * Student in final semesters or technical/university graduate in **Accounting**, **Administration**, **Banking and Finance**, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in accounting or administrative tasks involving financial records. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, analytical and control formulas). **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain **internal financial control** of the microenterprise: orderly and up-to-date recording of **revenues, expenses, sales, and purchases**. * Record and classify **invoices, receipts, vouchers, operational expenses, and petty cash transactions**. * Prepare internal reports to assess whether the business is **operating properly** (cash flow, expense control, trends). * Maintain physical and digital archives of all accounting documentation. * Serve as the **primary information source**, providing direct support to the external accounting department or firm for **tax filing preparation** (monthly and annual). * Perform other duties assigned by the **Immediate Supervisor**, related to accounting and administrative functions. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization, order, and high attention to detail. * Analytical thinking and ability to identify inconsistencies or improvements in records. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Strong communication skills and teamwork ability. * Responsibility, commitment, and confidential handling of information. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Saturday**, from **8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** **Work Location** * Office located between **Av.
