We are seeking an Administrative Driver A1: a responsible, trustworthy individual committed to providing safe, punctual, and courteous transportation. Your work moves more than people—it ensures continuity, trust, and efficiency in our daily operations. What will you do in this role? Your responsibilities will be essential to guaranteeing the timely movement of administrative and managerial staff, as well as the transport of documents and internal assignments. Your key contributions will include: * Coordinating schedules and routes with the requesting department or immediate supervisor. * Ensuring adherence to scheduled times and destinations. * Carrying out scheduled transfers punctually and responsibly. * Transporting documentation or goods while ensuring their integrity. * Maintaining constant communication in case of route changes or incidents. * Conducting daily vehicle condition checks before use. * Immediately reporting any mechanical failures or incidents. * Keeping the vehicle clean and in optimal condition. * Assisting with deliveries or pickups as directed by your immediate supervisor. * Supporting off-site tasks such as minor purchases, errands, or deliveries. * Recording completed routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and service-related updates. * Submitting reports to the logistics or general services department. * Ensuring all assigned deliveries are properly signed for and/or received. * Registering deliveries or returns where applicable. * Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance for the assigned vehicle. * Reporting any vehicle supply requirements. What are we looking for in you? * Completed secondary education. * Valid driver’s license A1 (minimum) and preferably A2b. * Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with public or private entities. * Familiarity with urban and interprovincial routes. * Defensive driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations. * Basic vehicle maintenance best practices. * Courteous and discreet interpersonal conduct. * Proficiency with mobile location applications (GPS, maps). * Punctuality and responsibility. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Attention to detail and courtesy. * Organizational ability and route tracking capacity. * Teamwork orientation.
