This role is designed to foster **practical learning** and professional development within a real-world work environment. **Main Responsibilities: Administrative and Control Management** * **General administrative control support** and monitoring of internal departmental processes. * **Personnel management:** Direct support in delivering and signing payroll slips, employment contracts, and other labor-related documents. * **Attendance control:** Support in preparing the monthly attendance register and tracking staff arrivals/departures. * **Vacation management:** Collaboration in scheduling and archiving related documentation. * **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH):** Assistance in monitoring and scheduling occupational medical examinations and recording the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Financial and Logistics Management** * **Petty cash:** Support in handling and controlling cash flows under direct supervision. * **Travel allowances:** Collaboration in reviewing supporting documentation and expense reports submitted by staff. * **Procurement:** Assistance in managing local purchases, preparing quotations, purchase requests, and issuing purchase/service orders. * **Treasury:** Collaboration in scheduling supplier payments and processing banking transactions. **Insurance and External Procedures Management** * **Insurance:** Assistance in preparing application forms for SCTR and Statutory Life Insurance policies. * **Public entities:** Support in handling procedures with AFP, Essalud, Ministry of Labor, and other relevant authorities. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Student in final cycles (technical or university level) of Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * **Location (Mandatory):** Must reside in the district of **Lurín, Lima** (or areas with immediate access). * **Skills:** Organizational ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and willingness for continuous learning. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
