We are currently seeking an “Electrical Technician” for our Chorrillos facility: Requirements: \- Technical degree in Industrial Electricity or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry. \- Basic knowledge of plant safety and food safety standards. \- Experience in maintenance of motors and electrical panels. \- Required skills: Responsibility, decision-making, teamwork, frustration tolerance, work organization. \- Availability to work in Chorrillos. \- Availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, panels, and all electrical systems throughout the plant. \- Support diagnosis of electrical failures and root cause analysis by evaluating operational parameters and component conditions. \- Execute established electrical maintenance programs and activities according to instructions from the Maintenance Manager and current maintenance plans. \- Conduct verification, disassembly, repair, connection, calibration, insulation, and reassembly of electrical components such as motors, contactors, sensors, variable frequency drives, and control systems. \- Verify availability, condition, and calibration of electrical tools, measuring instruments, and spare parts prior to each intervention. \- Prepare corresponding reports for completed work (work orders, purchase requisitions, service reports, technical reports), recording relevant measurements and findings during interventions. \- Participate in installation, configuration, adjustment, and commissioning of new or repaired electrical equipment, ensuring proper functionality. \- Strictly comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards, as well as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and technical training sessions scheduled by the department.
