We are seeking a ***Logistics Assistant*** for our ***workshop*** in ***Villa María del Triunfo*** — someone with an all-terrain attitude and willingness. Role Mission: Execute physical inventory control, asset custody, and documentation management for dispatches at the VMT workshop to ensure actual equipment and spare parts availability matches technical scheduling. Requirements: * Technical graduate or final-year student in Logistics, Administration, Mechanics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management (receiving, dispatching, stock control). * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Must reside in Villa María del Triunfo or nearby areas (South Lima). Responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date records of spare parts and tools in the workshop, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data. * Perform visual technical inspections of machinery (compressors, generators, towers) and their accessories upon entry and exit, reporting any damage or shortages to the Operations Planner. * Manage collection and receipt of spare parts and supplies, verifying that received goods match the requested purchase orders. * Issue Waybills and ensure every dispatched machine carries its Operational Certificate and up-to-date legal documentation. * Ensure proper physical arrangement of materials and equipment within the VMT workshop to support technical work. * Report daily to Operations and Management on the physical condition of equipment returning from field operations.
