




**FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for the procurement management process and supplier management process. * Generate purchase processes in the system and carry out the respective follow-up until delivery. * Timely communicate the status of required purchases to employees who request them. * Conduct supplier searches, ensuring improved effectiveness in acquisitions and contracting within the organization. * Perform selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation of suppliers, update the supplier list, and present indicators. * Coordinate and manage the contracting of required services. * Manage transportation services for product receipt or delivery when necessary. * Attend to requests approved by the Operations Manager until delivery to various users. * Report and keep the Operations Manager informed about activities carried out. * Carry out other tasks arising from the fulfillment of duties, and those assigned by immediate superiors in matters within their competence or based on prior instructions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Soft skills: Effective communication, Problem-solving, Assertive disciplinary management. * Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics. * Knowledge of logistical processes and negotiation with suppliers. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Export and Import procedures. * 02 years of experience in similar positions. **BENEFITS:** Full payroll with all statutory benefits from day one Market-competitive salary Career progression Training opportunities Apply and submit documented CV.
