An important and well-recognized countryside restaurant located in **Cieneguilla**, with years of experience and high customer traffic, is seeking a **Logistics Manager**. The purpose of this position is to ensure efficiency in procurement, inventory control, and supplier management to guarantee operational excellence in our kitchen and service. **Main Responsibilities** * **Procurement Management:** Coordinate and negotiate with food suppliers (especially perishables: meats, fruits, and vegetables), beverages, and general supplies. * **Stock Control:** Monitor inventory levels in dry storage and cold rooms to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * **Receiving and Quality Control:** Lead goods receiving, ensuring products meet required standards for freshness, weight, and quality. * **Cost Optimization:** Conduct comparative price analyses and seek strategic partnerships to improve profitability margins. * **Warehouse Management:** Organize and supervise storage in compliance with food safety regulations (GMP / HACCP), ensuring implementation of the **FIFO** (First In, First Out) system. * **Management Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on purchasing costs, price fluctuations, and shrinkage for management. **Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in logistics, warehouse, or procurement management, preferably in **Restaurants, Hotels, or Mass Consumption** sectors. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel) and experience with warehouse management software (ERP). * **Competencies:** Negotiation skills, strong organizational ability, integrity, and leadership. * **Location:** Availability to work onsite in **Cieneguilla**.
