We are currently seeking a PRODUCTION CONTROL ENGINEER focused on planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes, with an orientation toward achieving quality, cost, and delivery time targets. Requirements: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field * Experience in logistics and production * Experience in the industry (preferred) * Data analysis and advanced Excel skills * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability * Ability to complete tasks and manage responsibilities within tight deadlines * Experience managing operational staff Responsibilities: * Manage company resources (inventories, revenues, and expenses) * Monitor raw material and finished product inventories * Coordinate with warehouse, registration, and control departments. * Analyze times, costs, and production capacity * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements * Coordinate with departments such as quality, logistics, maintenance, and procurement * Ensure compliance with standards and KPIs * Generate reports, information, and other deliverables required by management Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
