Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Professional Planning Intern to support planning and tracking of raw materials supply and production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in developing the raw materials supply plan 2. Track the status of new product development 3. If you are a responsible, proactive individual passionate about ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, this position is for you! **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate in engineering; preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** With or without prior experience in this role. * **English proficiency:** Basic * **Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.). * Availability to work Monday through Friday (full-time) and Saturdays until noon. * Preferably residing in areas adjacent to the Lurín district. **Responsibilities:** * Support development of the raw materials supply plan based on estimated demand to ensure production continuity. * Track the status of new product development, updates to artwork changes, and raw material-level codifications to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials. * Analyze variances between planned and actual results (e.g., purchases vs. deliveries, planned consumption vs. actual consumption, etc.) and their impact. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to plan adherence, stockouts, and inventory turnover. * Generate assigned reports per the department head’s instructions. * Generate raw material requirements, specifying lead time and quantity. * Actively participate in daily plant meetings, providing key information regarding raw materials supply. * Present the status of required raw materials during the weekly production planning meeting. * Monitor expiring inventory and generate alerts for timely usage. * Maintain material planning parameterization within the ERP system. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary. * FOLA insurance. * Market-competitive remuneration. * 50% food allowance. * Commuting assistance (along the entire Southern Pan-American Highway).
