Technical training in logistics, warehouse management or related fields is valued. * Previous experience in warehouse or logistics positions (minimum 1 year). * Basic knowledge of computer tools for inventory management. * Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy loads. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive delivery guides from suppliers who have reported their arrival. * Verify whether the receiving guides have an active purchase order in the system. * Enter merchandise into the system as quickly as possible without errors. * Deliver stamped and signed guides to suppliers as confirmation of acceptance. * Prepare and submit the in-transit warehouse report to the assigned supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** Customer orientation.
