VIEW SALARY RANGE. An industrial mining company is looking for a female candidate for the logistics and warehouse area. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee national purchases and imports by issuing the corresponding purchase or service orders according to the company’s or a specific project’s needs. * Procure low-value items. * Conduct scheduled physical inventory checks in accordance with procedures of the Integrated Management System. * Obtain supplier quotations and secure their approval from General Management. * Periodically evaluate the company’s suppliers. * Fulfill material, supply, stationery, and other requests submitted by organizational departments. * Coordinate product transportation according to internal or external requirements. * Ensure proper operation and control of the warehouse. * Responsible for tracking and monitoring the company’s purchase orders, as well as requesting delivery date changes from suppliers when necessary. * Review correct completion of shipping waybills for dispatches. * Supervise minimum stock level control in the warehouse. * Enter data into the ERP system.
