Job Summary: We are seeking a female candidate to manage domestic purchases and imports, coordinate product transportation, supervise stock control, and ensure smooth warehouse operations within the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages domestic purchases and imports and coordinates transportation. 2. Supervises and controls warehouse operations and minimum stock levels. 3. Evaluates suppliers and fulfills material requirements. VIEW SALARY RANGE. An industrial mining company is seeking a female candidate for its logistics and warehouse department. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee domestic purchases and imports by issuing corresponding purchase orders or service orders according to company or specific project needs. * Procure low-value items. * Conduct scheduled physical inventory checks per the Integrated Management System procedures. * Obtain supplier quotations and secure approval from General Management. * Periodically evaluate company suppliers. * Fulfill material, supply, office equipment, and other requests submitted by organizational departments. * Coordinate product transportation according to internal or external requirements. * Ensure proper warehouse operation and control. * Track and monitor company purchase orders, and request delivery date adjustments from suppliers when necessary. * Verify correct completion of shipping waybills. * Supervise minimum stock level control in the warehouse. * Enter data into the ERP system.
