Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure safety, occupational health, and environmental protection at our IQF agro-industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. Investigate incidents and coordinate preventive actions **We are currently seeking an SSOMA Supervisor**, responsible for supervising, implementing, and ensuring compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards within our IQF agro-industrial plant, promoting a preventive culture and guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal regulations and the organization’s internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with SSOMA procedures and standards across all plant areas. * Conduct safety inspections in production, maintenance, warehouses, cold rooms, and other operational areas. * Prepare and verify IPERC, ATS, work permits, and safety procedures. * Supervise high-risk work, including hot work, work at height, confined space entry, and electrical work. * Investigate accidents and incidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to personnel. * Verify proper use of PPE and compliance with control measures. * Coordinate emergency preparedness and response drills and activities. * Monitor SSOMA indicators and action plans. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources departments. * Verify compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and requirements for audits and inspections. **Position Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor, preferably in agro-industrial plants, food processing, or industrial processes. * Knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health regulations (**Law No. 29783 and its Regulation**). * Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and controls (**IPERC**). * Experience in accident and incident investigation and reporting. * Knowledge of high-risk work: hot work, work at height, confined space entry, electrical work, and lockout/tagout (LOTO). **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
