Our company is currently seeking a **Human Resources Intern**, proactive and highly organized, to join our team in **Villa María del Triunfo**. This position is designed for students or recent graduates who wish to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, dynamic, and continuously learning environment, actively contributing to the department’s structure and growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection Process:** Support in posting job vacancies across various job boards and recruitment channels. * **Resume Screening and Candidate Contactability:** Reviewing resumes (profile curation) and making initial telephone/digital contact with pre-selected candidates. * **Assessment and Interviews:** Assistance in conducting initial interviews and selection exercises. * **Personnel Administration:** Organizing, updating, and maintaining physical and digital employee files/documents. * **Contract Management:** Supporting contract expiration tracking and follow-up during staff contract renewal processes. * **Departmental Metrics:** Preparing periodic reports on personnel acquisition, effectiveness of job postings, and recruitment status. * **Additional Activities:** Supporting workplace climate initiatives, internal communications, and other tasks typical of the Human Resources department. **Required Profile:** * University or technical student in final cycles, or graduate in **Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations**, or related fields. * **No prior experience required** (ongoing induction and training will be provided). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * **Key Skills:** Assertive and fluent communication, excellent teamwork ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Desirable (non-exclusive): Basic knowledge of labor legislation, payroll systems, or employability. **Internship Conditions (Aligned with Law No. 28518):** We offer flexible internship modalities aligned with your current availability, respecting legal hour limits: * **Modality A (Professional Internships / Graduates):** Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Maximum 42 hours per week). * **Modality B (Pre-professional Internships / Students):** Part-time morning schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Maximum 30 hours per week). **Benefits:** * Internship agreement compliant with applicable law. * Monthly financial stipend.
