**Job Objective** Assist in the selection, manufacturing, repair, assembly, and finishing of wood products, ensuring quality and adherence to workshop designs and deadlines. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Completed secondary education (Optional) * Preferred: Technical Training Certificate in Carpentry or Cabinetmaking (Optional) **Experience** * Minimum 6 months of experience working in carpentry or cabinetmaking workshops. * Experience in the safe use and maintenance of carpentry machinery and tools (saws, sanders, routers, etc.). **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of wood types, hardware, and finishes (varnishes, lacquers). * Proficiency in using precision hand tools (chisels, planes, tape measures, etc.). **Soft Skills** * Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination. * Responsibility and commitment to work quality. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
