




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the commercial department, manage orders, coordinate internally, and handle administrative tasks in an industrial cleaning products company. Essential coordination among sales, production, and logistics Our company is dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of cleaning products for food industries. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or similar positions. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * **Customer service:** Provide support for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up. * **Order management:** Register invoices, coordinate, and track sales orders. * **Commercial department support:** Prepare reports, generate dashboards, and maintain an updated customer database. * **Administrative tasks:** Handle documents, files, and internal/external communications. * **Internal coordination:** Communicate requirements among sales, production, logistics, and billing departments. * **System usage:** Operate tools such as ERP, CRM, and Excel to record and control information. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Work location: Chorrillos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
