Job Summary: Specification analyst responsible for reviewing, preparing, and tracking technical data sheets and yarn requirements, coordinating with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and review of customer specifications. 2. Interdepartmental coordination for sample development. 3. Sample process tracking and information recording. * Review and analysis of specifications sent by customers. * Daily preparation and updating of technical data sheets and yarn requirements. * Daily coordination with Commercial, Warehouse, Planning, and PCP departments for sample development. * Tracking, analysis, and recording of sample information throughout the entire process. * Preparation of quotation tables and Rush Costing. * Continuous updating of technical data sheets based on customer feedback or observations. * Recording and updating of our internal control system. * Other duties related to this area.
