Opportunity to assist in prospecting and acquiring new customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Aquaculture, Biology, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in commercial areas. * Knowledge of the environmental sector is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support customer portfolio management and follow-up. * Prepare quotations and track commercial opportunities. * Coordinate with customers regarding sample collection, service delivery, and confirmation of laboratory services. * Track quotations, renewals, and commercial activities. * Assist in prospecting and acquiring new customers. * Request test reports and coordinate their delivery to customers. * Gather and relay customers' technical requirements to the Laboratory Department. * Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Laboratory, and Billing. * Prepare commercial activity and follow-up reports.
