Job Summary:
Warehouse Assistant responsible for merchandise management—from receipt and verification to storage and dispatch—ensuring inventory control and coordination with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages receipt and verification of goods, ensuring quality.
2. Organizes storage and prepares kits for production and customers.
3. Coordinates deliveries and documentation to ensure efficient service.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical degree in Administration or related fields, Warehouse Management.
* 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant in industrial companies.
* Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
* Microsoft Office (mandatory) – Basic level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Receive and verify that goods (metal sheets, profiles, pipes, fasteners, and spare parts) match purchase orders and supplier delivery notes.
* Conduct visual inspections to ensure spare parts and materials show no physical damage, corrosion, or deformation.
* Store raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and project equipment, assigning appropriate shelf locations.
* Deliver equipment, supplies, spare parts, and raw materials to Production staff.
* Prepare spare parts and material kits requested by the Sales department for sales or customer maintenance.
* Record in the system equipment, supplies, spare parts, and raw materials delivered to Production staff.
* Manage proper packaging of heavy or fragile spare parts to ensure protection during transportation.
* Enter materials into the system according to surplus charge receipts from work orders (OT).
* Prepare delivery notes and coordinate required documentation with Billing and Dispatch departments to ensure timely customer delivery.
* Record incoming and outgoing movements in the company’s ERP system.
* Receive, register, and process returns, coordinating with the Production department.
* Support order delivery as needed.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 5:06 PM
Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month
