Opportunity for professional development in the industrial sector National Procurement Assistant \| Lurín **Grupo Hidráulica** is looking for a **National Procurement Assistant** to join our Operations team at our **Lurín** office. We seek an organized, proactive, and results-driven individual with experience in procurement or logistics in industrial or manufacturing companies, who will contribute to ensuring the timely supply of national goods and services. What will you do? * Process purchase orders and requirements assigned by various company departments. * Request quotations and prepare comparative analysis considering **price, quality, delivery time, and credit terms**. * Manage and monitor national suppliers. * Participate in supplier evaluation and re-evaluation. * Track deliveries to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements. * Coordinate returns, claims, and handling of non-conforming materials or services. * Maintain updated and organized procurement documentation: quotations, technical specifications, purchase orders, invoices, etc. * Coordinate with Accounting and Finance departments for invoice registration and supplier payment scheduling. * Verify that service providers entering our facilities comply with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** requirements, such as SCTR, PPE, and inductions. * Comply with procedures and controls established by the Integrated Management System (IMS), including those related to quality, safety, occupational health, and environment. * Support the development and management of suppliers in the southern region. * Contribute to streamlining and improving procurement requirements and processes at the Lurín plant. What are we looking for? * **Technical degree or bachelor's degree** in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in operational procurement or logistics roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies. * Experience in **national supplier management and evaluation**. * Basic knowledge of **supplier qualification**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems**, preferably **SAP Business One (SAP B1\)**. * Advanced **Excel**, including pivot tables and macros. * Knowledge of or interest in **Business Intelligence (Power BI)** and **Artificial Intelligence** tools. * Basic English proficiency is a plus.
