Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor–Ramp to ensure achievement of the monthly linear advance and mineral production plan by directing operations and managing equipment. Supervise the mine’s drainage system and haulage roads At Mineros del Norte, we are searching for top talent to fill the **Shift Supervisor–Ramp** position at the Buldibuyo–La Libertad unit. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Monthly Plan Execution:** Ensure achievement of the monthly linear advance and mineral production plan for your assigned area. * **Operations Leadership:** Lead operations related to linear advances, mineral production, ground support, and general services. * **Equipment and Cost Management:** Manage trackless equipment operations, control costs and budgets, and monitor KPIs. * **Supervision and Monitoring:** Supervise and monitor the mine’s drainage system, haulage roads, and other operational aspects. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Implement the integrated management system to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and active professional license. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles within underground mining. * Competencies: Planning, organizing, and controlling linear advance, mineral production, ground support, and general services processes. * Knowledge of integrated management systems, cost management, and productivity. * Minesight software (desirable). * Intermediate-level AutoCAD (mandatory). * Advanced-level Excel (mandatory). * Willingness to work at the Buldibuyo mining unit under an atypical work schedule: 28x14. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary * Full statutory payroll benefits (bonus payments, CTS, family allowance, life insurance, profit-sharing, etc.) * 28x14 work schedule * Meals, accommodation, and transportation provided * Career development opportunities We are a specialized company engaged in the exploitation, extraction, processing, and commercialization of minerals, located in the Buldibuyo district, Pataz province, La Libertad department.
