Focus on ethics and quality in work Inventory Assistant – Automotive Sector **Location:** Callao **Company:** Leading company in the automotive sector **Department:** Operations A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support warehouse inspections and inventory control activities, directly assisting the Inventory Analyst. Job Objective Inspect warehouses and verify physical inventories to ensure accurate stock information and support control and reporting activities. Main Responsibilities * Conduct physical inventory counts of all warehouse items, following current procedures. * Record information in the appropriate forms. * Immediately report any discrepancies identified to the Inventory Analyst for preparation of the relevant report. * Support other duties assigned by the department head. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including at least 6 months in inventory control (experience in the automotive sector preferred). * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines. Working Conditions * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (operational shifts) from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. * Work Mode: On-site. * Payroll Type: MYPE – Small Business. * Responsibility Level: Administrative. * Reports To: Inventory Assistant.
