Management of interconnection devices in LANs. **Job Description** We are seeking a Cybersecurity, Networking, and Server Specialist Engineer who is eager to grow and take on new challenges. The role involves providing hardware and software technical support to the company's various organic units; monitoring project execution activities (e.g., configuration, training, site visits); supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment; and performing other duties within the scope of responsibilities assigned by the Information Technology team coordinator. **Job Responsibilities:** Administer and manage server, network, storage, and other key infrastructure components. Manage interconnection devices in LANs to ensure efficiency in telecommunications and cybersecurity systems. Other tasks related to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Networks. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, including 2 years developing projects and proposals in Government and Private sectors. Advanced knowledge of HPE, DELL, and Lenovo server maintenance. Intermediate knowledge of hypervisors: Proxmox, Hyper-V, and VMware. Intermediate knowledge of Zabbix, GLPI, and Grafana implementation. Experience with CCTV infrastructure, fiber optic (FFOO), and CATV. Proficiency in security aspects of Windows Server and Linux (Intermediate to Advanced level). Experience administering infrastructure (servers, networks, storage). Additional certifications in telecommunications brands (e.g., CCNA, Windows Server) will be valued. **Additional Skills:** Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability. Basic English proficiency. Willingness to travel if required.
