




Responsibilities: * Prevent and identify suspicious behaviors by customers or employees * Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise * Conduct internal audits and periodic inventory counts * Ensure staff compliance with safety regulations * Train employees on loss prevention * Document incidents related to theft, accidents, or shortages * Prepare detailed reports * Monitor security systems * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Respond to emergencies (fires, accidents, evacuations) * Coordinate with private or public security teams Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in security or in the Armed Forces * Valid Sucamec certification (to be arranged by the company) * No criminal, police, or judicial records Working Conditions: * Formal employment under MYPE payroll system * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (12 hours per day) * Salary: Approximately S/.2,500 (base salary + overtime + transportation allowance + meal allowance) * Corporate benefits * Career development opportunities in security * Profit-sharing payment (April) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
