We are looking for a Cybersecurity, networking, and server specialist engineer who desires growth and is willing to face new challenges. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in hardware and software for the different organizational units of the company, monitoring project execution tasks (configuration, training, site visits, etc.), supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and performing other duties within their competence assigned by the information technology team coordinator. Job Responsibilities: * Administer and manage server, network, storage infrastructure, and other key components. * Handle LAN network interconnection devices, ensuring efficiency in telecommunications systems and cybersecurity. * Other related job duties. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Networking. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, with 2 years of experience developing projects and proposals in both public and private sectors. * Advanced knowledge in maintenance of **HPE, DELL, and Lenovo** servers. * Intermediate knowledge of Hypervisors, Proxmox, Hyper V, and VMware. * Experience with **CCTV**, **fiber optic** (FFOO), and **CATV** infrastructure. * Proficient in security aspects of **Windows Server** and **Linux** operating systems at intermediate to advanced level. * Experience managing infrastructure (servers, networks, storage). * Additional certifications in telecommunications brands will be valued, such as CCNA, Windows Server, among others. Additional Skills: * Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher). * Availability to travel if required.
