**Applicant Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Studies as a Merchant Seaman or related field. * Valid Certificate of Competency, Seaman’s Identity Card, and Seaman’s Book for Bay Seaman. * Minimum 1 year of experience, documented in a certified CV. * Desirable: valid training courses—Basic PBIP I, Basic Port Security, and Basic Dangerous Goods. * Basic cooking knowledge (not mandatory). * Male, aged between 25 and 50. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out instructions issued by the Master or Captain. * Accurately record information in logbooks, forms, and shipboard journals. * Maintain order and cleanliness aboard the vessel. * Safely assist with deck operations. **Job Conditions** * Work location: Lurín, Lima. * Employment modality: on-site. * Work schedule: 16 x 4 (16 days of work followed by 4 days of rest; subject to operational requirements). **Benefits** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system, with all statutory benefits effective from day one. * Meals provided during the voyage. * Job stability and career progression opportunities. * Provision of initial uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
