**Profile: BUDGET ARCHITECT** * **Education:** Professional in Architecture with at least 3 years of experience in preparation and control of construction budgets. * **Technical Skills:** Proficient in advanced Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V\-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of quantity surveying, unit price analysis (UPA), and S10 or similar formats is desirable. * **Experience:** Preparation of partial and total budgets, quantity surveying for civil works and finishes, supplier quotations, cost control, municipal procedures, coordination with contractors, and review of technical specifications. Experience in Retail or commercial projects (optional). * **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, proactivity, leadership, ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking, and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review construction and renovation budgets. * Analyze quantities, unit prices, and direct and indirect costs. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to optimize costs. * Supervise physical progress and compare it with the projected budget. * Support project planning and expense control. * Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical and economic information.
