




Important document digitization company is looking for 8 PROCESS COORDINATORS, responsible, committed to their work and with experience in the area of Document Management or database generation ESSENTIAL: Technical graduates and/or university graduates from Archival and Document Management, Library Science, Law, Administration, History, Systems Engineering or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles as RESPONSIBLE or COORDINATOR of projects focused on digitization, data entry and quality control. Intermediate Office skills. (Must have documents that certify the requirements) FUNCTIONS: Define and optimize scanning and conversion processes of physical documents into digital formats. Ensure that digitized documents meet legibility, resolution and format standards. Team management, personnel supervision and leadership. Coordinate and optimize team performance, ensuring goal achievement and operational efficiency. Verify compliance with policies and Peruvian technical standards for digitization. Collaborate with different departments to contribute continuous improvements to our processes.
